New and Prospective Clients

What to bring to your initial consultation:

Real Estate

If you are a real estate client, you will need to bring certain things to the closing. Attorney Ianello sends out a welcome letter walking you through the closing to help guide you through the process.

Criminal Defense

If you are a defendant in a criminal case, please bring a copy of your police report.

Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney and Health Care Proxies

If you are consulting with Attorney Ianello for preparation of a Will, Power of Attorney and Health Care Proxy, you do not need to bring anything with you to your appointment. Instead, you should be prepared to answer questions about real estate, bank accounts and retirement accounts. Also, think about who you want to appoint as your personal representative to distribute your assets according to your Will. You will also need to choose your Attorney in Fact for the Durable Power of Attorney and Health Care Agent for the Health Care Proxy. Please note that an alternative person should be named in each of those documents if your first choice cannot serve in that respective position.
